Returns & Exchanges

Faulty or Damaged Products:
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, subject to review. If your item arrives damaged, please ensure you retain all packaging and provide relevant photographs.

Change of Mind:
Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on scrunchies for a change of mind. We encourage you to review your selection carefully before placing your order.

Handmade Variations:
As our products are handmade, slight variations in size, stitching, and fabric may occur. These variations are not considered defects, but rather a unique part of the charm and artistry of our handcrafted items. Please note that this applies to all products in our collection.

To request a return or exchange, please email us at sales@jaroandco.com with your order number and any relevant photos (if applicable).

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued for faulty or incorrect items. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 - 20 business days.

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Normal wear and tear

Items damaged due to incorrect washing or handling

Products marked as final sale

Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Please find below our shipping details.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, processing may take longer, but we will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Within Australia:

Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days via Australia Post (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors outside our control (e.g., weather conditions, postal delays).

International Shipping:

Currently shipping within Australia only.

Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. Additional customs fees or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order is shipped, JaRo & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or issues outside our control. This includes any postal service delays, customs delays, or issues with the carrier.
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct before submitting your order, as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected parcels due to incorrect addresses.
